Fancy a Trip to France, in Amsterdam?

France Hotel Amsterdam

“Very friendly staff and extremely central. 5 minutes from train station.”

On our quest to find the best city breaks, we came across the France Hotel in Amsterdam. As odd as its title may be, the France Hotel is modern and stylish, with a high rating for two travellers sharing and 3 stars.

Reviewers say this hotel is excellent value for money and as chic as any London hotel. It’s only 450 yards away from Centraal Station, too, which limits the amount you have to travel with your suitcases.

The France Hotel is one of the quickest hotels to reach when you arrive in the city. Schiphol Airport is outside of town, so when you get to Amsterdam you need to take a train to the city centre. After you get there, you face a trek to your hotel through public transport links. The France Hotel is within two streets.

The other benefit of this hotel is that it represents a chic, artistic take on décor. This is the kind of décor that makes city breaks in Amsterdam so popular. They have a rich artistic culture that France Hotel reflects.
